1. Group structure
Lydiam Group is a collective reference to a number of affiliated legal entities operating in different jurisdictions, including Lydiam Group Ltd (England and Wales), Lydiam Group L.L.C-FZ (Meydan Free Zone, United Arab Emirates), Lydiam Group Sp. z o.o. (Poland), Lydiam Pay Corp. (Canada), and Flumen Pay LLC (United States). Each entity operates independently and in accordance with applicable local laws and regulatory requirements. Any regulatory approvals, registrations or permissions apply solely to the specific legal entity and regulated activity concerned and do not extend to other members of Lydiam Group.
2. Regulatory registrations
- Lydiam Pay Corp. is registered as a Money Services Business with the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) under the PCMLTFA (MSB Registration No. C10001604).
- Flumen Pay LLC is registered as a Money Services Business with the United States Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) (MSB Registration No. 31000310875949) and with the Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada (FINTRAC) under the PCMLTFA (MSB Registration No. C10001396).
- Lydiam Group Sp. z o.o. is registered in the Polish Register of Activities in the Field of Virtual Currencies (Registration No. RDWW-1486).
3. Our compliance framework
We operate a risk-based anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing framework. In summary, this includes customer due diligence and know-your-customer and know-your-business checks at onboarding, enhanced due diligence for higher-risk relationships, sanctions, politically exposed person and adverse media screening on an ongoing basis, transaction monitoring, periodic review of client relationships, the reporting of suspicious activity to the relevant authorities, and secure recordkeeping. Our framework is designed to align with applicable FATF, European Union, United Kingdom and other relevant standards.
